Join BPV

Become a member of BPV and support the bi+ community

Do you like what BPV does? Become a member and support our work to celebrate and strengthen bi+ community!

For a small yearly fee you can become part of an organisation which is making a real difference to bi+ people. Members are central to our work - they guide our directions, build our profile, and help create positive change. Membership fees also help to support our work financially.

As a member:
- You can contribute to decision-making - members who are bi+ are able to vote at our general meetings
- We will consult you from time to time about BPV’s work and directions
- You can nominate to join our Committee
- We may occasionally offer you special members-only opportunities such as early or discounted tickets to our events, or discounted merchandise.

Bi+ people (including those still figuring out their sexuality), allies, and organisations who support BPV’s purposes.  The membership categories are:
- Bi+ member (for people who are multi-gender attracted or questioning) - full and concession rates are available
- First Nations member (for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage) - free
- Refugee/Asylum Seeker member (for refugees and people seeking asylum) - free
- Family member (for two or more people who join as a family)
- Solidarity member (for allies to the bi+ community - this category cannot vote at general meetings)
- Organisation member (for other organisations wanting to support BPV’s work - this category cannot vote at general meetings)
Complete the membership and payment form in this section and pay by credit card or PayPal. If you need to pay by a different method (e.g. bank transfer) please email us at info@bipluspridevic.org.au.
First Nations and Refugee/Asylum Seeker memberships are free, but the payment system requires a $1 fee to process the membership. We then reimburse you the $1. 
Multi-year memberships: 10% discount on 3-year memberships, 20% discount on 5-year memberships. NOTE: the web form says you will be charged annually - this is incorrect. If you select a multi-year membership, we cancel the annual payments and only charge you at the start of your membership period.

Looking to make a difference for our bi+ community?

Bi+ Pride Victoria is powered by volunteers. As a bi+ person or ally, your contribution can make a big difference to what we can offer our community.

Volunteering is also a brilliant way of meeting other people who identify as bi+ or are figuring out their sexuality.

All you need is a few hours a month. BPV volunteers can help out at one-off events, or contribute to ongoing projects. Some volunteer roles can be done from home, others provide opportunities to hang out with bi+ folks in person. All volunteer work with BPV is done in collaboration with others and is supported by our Committee.
- We’d love to hear from people who are interested in helping with our events, communications, advocacy, community support, fundraising, admin and more. All types of skills from research to banner making are welcome!
- We also welcome enquiries from people who may be interested in joining our Committee to help steer BPV's work.

BPV has no ongoing funding. Your support is what keeps us operating.

Any amount is helpful! Donations enable us to provide events, information and advocacy for our community. Every dollar you donate goes directly to bi+ community activities, and increases our impact as an organisation.
